Rapha is a premium cycling lifestyle brand focused on road bicycle racing and mountain biking clothing and accessories.
For the launch of Rapha’s Pro Team Powerweave Road and Gravel Shoes, 3Dctrl created a dynamic and versatile multimedia creative toolkit, enabling Rapha to populate social, advertising and commerce channels with multiple CG videos and images.
The project involved creating a 100% accurate 3D replica (digital twin) of the silhouettes with photorealistic materials and textures, from which we were able to create a range of 3D content and experiences.
Our CG sequences showcased re-engineered Powerweave uppers and BOA® Li2 dials for advanced comfort and total control. The Road Shoes feature 100% carbon soles for maximum torque and the Gravel version uses a Vibram Megagrip outsole for superior off-bike control.
